Delivery information
Your order will be filled as soon as we receive confirmation.
We are now pleased to offer free delivery within Australia.
This is available only to orders made through our online Store which is available due to lower costs involved with processing online orders.
Overnight delivery is available to N.S.W. customers. All other states within Australia please allow 2-4 working days.
You will be supplied with a tracking number upon receipt of payment.
Please supply us with your most convenient address, we also deliver to P.O. box's.
If there happens to be a delay we will notify you ASAP.
International delivery
We combine shipping for up to 3 pairs of jeans in one satchel for an extra AUD $35.00. Please be sure to give us all relevant information including a phone number, your measurements and delivery Address, and we will email you an invoice. Your parcel will then be sent by Express Courier and you will receive a tracking number upon completion of payment.
Returns policy
We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your order but if you do need to return or exchange goods this must be done within 7 days from the date of invoice.
All jeans must be returned in perfect condition.
To receive a refund or exchange, garments need to be unwashed, unworn and with all the labels when returned.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless the garment is found to be faulty).

For international sales if you require an exchange you need to email sales@embodydenim.com.au. You May also claim a refund minus delivery costs ( e.g $299.95 - $40.00 for postage)
